What this policy covers

This policy covers this marketing website. The Clara Central application itself is a separate service with its own terms — see the referral partner terms — and a self-hosted installation is operated by whoever deployed it, not by us.

What we collect

The contact form on this site asks for three things: your name, your email address, and your message. Submitting it sends those three fields to us by email. They are not written to a database, sold, or shared with anyone else, and there is no account, no profile, and no mailing list behind the form — we reply to you and that is the end of it.

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. There is nothing here to opt out of.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Vercel, which processes requests on our behalf and keeps standard server logs. Our email is delivered by our mail provider.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@designkey.studio and we will action it.
